What payment methods do you accept?

Where do you ship to?

We ship statewide across Austrailia. Please see our Shipping & Delivery policy for further details. 

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery Charges are dynamically calculated depending on the delivery postcode and the weight & dimensions of the products you order. 

When you add an item to your cart, you need to opt for either delivery or collect in store. If you opt for delivery, the delivery charge will then be added to your cart. If you opt for collection in store, you will then choose which store you would like to collect your order from. 

The option you choose can also be changed at the checkout stage should you wish to change your mind later in the ordering process. 

We do not profit from freight. All fees & charges are direct from freight supplier & subject to change.

When will you debit my account?

We debit your account when you place your order. 

When can I expect my order?

We aim to have orders dispatched as soon as possible, but you should receive your order within 5 business days. Delivery timeframes will depend on your location. 

What is your returns procedure?

Do you store my credit card infomration on your website?

No. Your credit card/debit card information is not stored on our website server. Payment is handled through E-way. They will only save your card details if you choose to do so. 

What information do you store?

To process your order, we require your full name, billing address, shipping address, phone number & email address. These details are stored securely on our servers, and are only visible online within your account, which is protected by your password. 

I’ve forgotten my password for my drews workshop account, what can I do?

Go to log/in register, which is at the top of the screen. Click on forgot your password and enter your email address. We will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.

I have made a mistake on my order; how can I cancel it?

Contact us immediately via either a phone at 08 8762 1733 or email us at [email protected]. If you order has not been processed, we will endeavor to cancel it. Otherwise, please follow our returns policy. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged you must contact the store. Store details can be found on your order confirmation and dispatch email. They will be able to assist you. If you cannot find the store details please contact us via a phone at 08 8762 1733 or email us at [email protected] and we will assist you as soon as we can. 

How can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number on the shipping confirmation email. 

What if I’m not in when the courier arrives to deliver?

The courier will leave a card with their details on it in your mailbox so you can contact them to re-arrange your delivery for a more convenient day. 

I bought a product in-store, not online and it is faulty. How do I return the item?
