CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind, we may offer you an exchange or refund provided that:
The items are returned within 14 days of purchase; The item/s is returned in a saleable condition. That is, the item/s is unused or unworn, in the original sealed packaging, tags attached; The item must not be broken or tampered with in any way, the manual & accessories are included. A Valid original invoice must be presented; and the item is not subject to any of the exclusions listed below.
OTHER RETURNS:
You may be entitled to a refund if: The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality: or The Product is not fit for its intended purpose; or The product does not match it’s visual, written or sample description. Please note that our staff reserve all rights to assess the item (In store & online returns) to determine whether a refund, repair or replacement can be offered in accordance with the customer consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please be aware that delivery costs are non-refundable for returns. If you wish to return an item back to Drews Workshop Supplies, you are required to pay for all associated shipping & freight costs.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR OTHERWISE DEFECTIVE GOODS:
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or otherwise defective, you may have the rights to remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law does recognize that the relevant time period may vary between product (or Service) depend on the nature of the goods (or Service), the price paid & any representations made about the goods (or Service).
We highly recommend that you closely inspect any goods delivered or that have been collected from Drews Workshop Supplies, in order to ensure that you are completed satisfied with your goods. This Includes the goods being of acceptable quality & that they match the original description we have provided to you.
Please do not sign for the delivery of goods that are obviously damaged. If damage is only found upon unpacking the item, then please contact Drews Workshop Supplies as soon as possible. Store contact details can be found on your order confirmation email, as well as below in this document. They will then arrange for the goods to be collected & a refund or replacement item sent out to you.

EXCLUDED ITEMS:
Special order products where items have been specifically ordered for you and is not part of Drews Workshop Supplies core inventory or range. All respiratory protection is excluded due to hygiene & quality reasons. All cut to size Products are excluded All thermal imagers & Thermometers are excluded.
WARRANTY CLAIMS:
If the product that was supplied to you fails under warranty, you can lodge a warranty claim using our phone number 08 87 621 733 or our Email [email protected]. Alternatively, you can lodge a warranty claim with the manufacturer for assessment if you desire to do so.
You will be required to produce the original invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase document disclosing the original purchase date. All costs of return postage, transport, freight, traveling expenses, hiring tools & insurance are to be paid by the customer.
Please note that Drews Workshop Supplies is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claims.
The product must not have been misused, adjusted, modified or serviced by any other person or organization other than the manufacturer of an approved serviced agent from the manufacturer.
All our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure & compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage of the product/s. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired if the goods fail to be of an acceptable quality and the failure does not in any way amount to a major failure. To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties, whether implied or otherwise, not set out in these conditions of Warranty are excluded & Drews Workshop Supplies is not liable in contract, (Including, without limitation, negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise to compensate the customer for; Any increased cost or expense, any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, or anticipated saving, any loss or expense resulting from a claim by a third party; or any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any nature whatsoever.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Drews Workshop Supplies has no liability for, and is not required to provide Warranty Services under this Warranty if it relates to:
Natural impact with hard surfaces or damage caused in the transit of the product or to any damage caused by:
