• Q: The 10-25 connector from Weldclass (or other supplier) does not fit/tighten correctly to the connector on my welding machine, why?

• A: Due to their compact size, "10-25" male and female Dinse connectors must be manufactured with tight tolerances to ensure a secure fit. However, many manufacturers don't or can't meet these precise standards, leading to a common industry problem: a 10-25 male connector from one brand may not properly fit the female connector from a different connector/machine brand.
  This problem is particularly common with welding machines supplied by less experienced brands that use low-quality component suppliers.
  Weldclass 10-25 connectors are specifically engineered to accommodate these variations and fit as many brands as possible. However, due to inconsistent sizing across the industry, there may still be instances where Weldclass connectors do not fit some machines. In such cases, we recommend trying an alternative connector brand or sourcing a connector directly from the machine's manufacturer.
